These are the most common problems, questions, etc. Please review this before submitting a ticket.

I just purchased but I can't download yet.

Unfortunately due to many fradulant purchases we have had to delay the release of downloads until your order has passed through fraud verification. This can be from 1 hour to 24hours, but typically within a short period of time.

I think my zip file is corrupted.

Unfortunately the software we use for licensing is known to have issues with many compression softwares.
Please use WINRAR or WINZIP only to extract your downloaded files.

My license was working fine, then today I am getting invalid license? Why?

Our licenses are lifetime, so the problem will not be at our end. The most common reason for this error is that your host has updated their apache build, and the firewall does not have the proper ports open. Please ask them to open port 80, as this is the port which connects to the PHP Audit system.

If you moved to a new host your license will also become invalid. Our licensing software logs the IP you first installed your script on. If you change it or change your host you need to let us know so we can 'reissue' your license. (this just erases the old and at first ping uses new).

I purchased copyright removal, but it is still in the template.

Within the template file you are using, just remove it. Since most people do not opt for this option, it is always included, it is up to you (unless you purchase installation of the script) to remove it.
